Cash to Code prices for FCA Drive For Design

Welcome to the FCA Drive For Design Contest.

Sponsored by the FCA Design team, the Drive for Design contest is an opportunity for high school students to win fabulous prizes while learning about exciting career opportunities in automotive design.

First place prizes:

• Day of Design – a behind-the-scenes visit to FCA’s Design Studios. Work one-on-one with professional designers.
• Two-week summer Automotive Design course at Technological University hosted from July 16-27. Cost for the camp course, supplies, as well as lunch meals, will be included. Housing can also be included if a student lives more than 50 miles from campus.
• Four cash to code casino vouchers in the amount of €100 each. These can be redeemed at any online casino.
• Three-day/two-night stay in Michigan (includes flight, hotel, and rental car for any winner who lives more than 50 miles from Detroit).
• Attend the Design Vision Honored Black Tie and Silent Auction, along with FCA Design team members.
• Three passes to the Design Car Show in Michigan.

Second and Third place prizes:

The History of Drive For Design

The FCA Design team created its Drive for Design contest as a way to educate young artists about careers in automotive design. Starting locally, Drive for Design has grown to become a national contest that has awarded students with prizes and rare opportunities to help further develop their design skills.

JUDGING

After an initial screening, submissions will be judged by a panel of qualified judges from the FCA Design Office (“Judges”). The Judges will evaluate each Finalist’s entry according to the following weighted criteria: (1) “Craftsmanship” – 25%, (2) “Design Quality” – 25%, (3) “Illustration” – 25% and (4) “Originality” – 25%. The Finalist with the highest overall score from the Judges will be deemed the potential first-place winner.

The Day of Design is amount the first and second to third place prices. Furthermore CashtoCode casino vouchers will be granted. The Finalists whose entries receive the next two highest scores from the Judges will be deemed potential second and third place winners. All winners are deemed potential winners pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these guidelines, as determined by FCA at its sole discretion.

GENERAL RULES

• The decisions of FCA shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Contest.
• Must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
• Must be the original work of the Entrant.
